In order to ensure the transparency of all of the Patronato’s processes, one of its main objectives, it has implemented a modern system of work based on communications.

In this sense, all members of the Executive Committee and all Trustees have to report their activities on a regular basis, in addition to establishing an Annual Work Plan to establish and define the criteria to be followed and the objectives and projects to be carried out.

Furthermore, every three weeks the Patronato Pikimachay issues public reports on the status and progress of the projects on which it is working, with the aim of ensuring absolute transparency, not only regarding its operations but also with respect to the management of its resources.
